01 / Positioning

One workspace, connected operating records.

Properties, bookings, guests, expenses, staff, company records, fiscal configuration, documents and reporting remain connected within one workspace. The same structure can support individual operators, multi-property managers and organisations with several assets or owners.

Operational records can then support financial views, tax calculations, compliance monitoring, documents and reports without recreating the same business context in separate tools.

02 / Asiah Legal Jaya

An operating activity, not a detached case study.

VillaTax is Asiah Legal Jaya’s principal digital operating activity. It applies the company’s operating approach to a specialised Indonesian context: connected records, clear workflows, source-backed guidance and local support.

03 / Product system

Four connected operating layers.

Each layer is useful on its own. The product’s value comes from keeping the underlying records connected.

01

Property operations

A connected operating record from property setup to bookings, calendars, guests and maintenance.

  • Property and organisation setup
  • Bookings, reservations and calendars
  • Guest, inventory and maintenance records
  • Manual entry, CSV, iCal and connected intake
02

Financial records

Operational activity feeds a structured financial view at organisation and property level.

  • Income, expenses and vendor records
  • Commissions and accounting entries
  • Profit-and-loss and balance-sheet views
  • Property and portfolio reporting
03

Tax and compliance workflows

Fiscal setup, calculations, deadlines and supporting evidence are organised around the operating records.

  • Tax calculations and fiscal configuration
  • Compliance monitoring and company records
  • Workforce declarations and filing preparation
  • Source-first regulatory guidance through Charlotte AI
04

Reporting and integrations

Reports, documents and external connections turn the same records into usable operating outputs.

  • Documents, exports and audit packs
  • Owner and portfolio views
  • API and signed webhook framework
  • Email parsing and booking-source integrations

04 / Operating flow

From intake to a usable record.

  1. 01

    Capture

Records enter manually or through imports, iCal, email parsing, webhooks and the API.

  2. 02

    Connect

Bookings link properties, guests, revenue, expenses, tax context and supporting documents.

  3. 03

    Control

Operational, financial and compliance views surface what needs attention and what remains incomplete.

  4. 04

    Report

Dashboards and exports assemble property-level and consolidated information for the next action.

05 / Charlotte AI

Source-first regulatory guidance.

Charlotte AI is VillaTax’s documentation and regulatory layer. It places citations and verified references before free-form synthesis, keeps the source trail visible and links the user back to the relevant product or regulatory context.

06 / Integrations

Several ways in. One operating model.

Booking and property records can enter through manual and connected channels, then feed the same operational, financial and compliance workflows.

  • 01iCal synchronisation
  • 02CSV import
  • 03Email parsing
  • 04REST API
  • 05Signed webhooks
  • 06Direct booking

07 / Product boundaries

Clear handoffs where an authority remains the destination.

  • VillaTax organises records, calculations, monitoring and preparation; it does not replace an Indonesian authority.
  • Where an obligation must be completed through an official portal or third party, the product identifies that external handoff.
  • Access to private dashboard records requires an authorised VillaTax account.
